Logo/Wordmark License Agreement:
This Logo/Wordmark License Agreement specifically governs the integration of our typeface into the creation of corporate logos (symbols) and wordmarks (text-based logos). For this legal agreement, a corporate logo/wordmark is defined as a visual representation associated with a business entity or group of people authorized to act as a single entity and recognized as such in law. This definition excludes what we call "broadcast wordmarks" (specifically our typefaces used as: television shows wordmarks, movie titles, and social media campaigns) or products within a company are presently covered by a "Desktop License."
Under the terms of the Logo/Wordmark License, you are authorized to employ our fonts for the development of a logo or wordmark for a singular company's employee size at the time of purchase. No further payments will be needed as the company scales in number of employees. Should you desire to apply the typeface to another corporate brand, a separate license must be procured. The granted license extends the privilege to use the outlined vector or rasterized logo/wordmark in perpetuity across all mediums, encompassing but not limited to print, social media, videos, and more.
It is imperative to recognize that the licensee possesses the flexibility to convert the font to outlines within graphic design software. This provision enables editing of the outlines during the logo design process, thereby ensuring the designers creative control, within the confines of the granted license.
For logos or wordmarks created using our typeface, you are permitted to register it as a trademark. However, the Font Software and the design itself remains the exclusive property of Public Type LLC, and users are expressly prohibited from claiming copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary rights over the Font Software or Design. Any such claims against Public Type LLC are hereby disclaimed.
Kindly adhere to the stipulations outlined in this End User License Agreement (EULA) to guarantee compliance with our licensing arrangement. For any inquiries or further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
